Can I retrieve an entire text message conversation that I mistakenly deleted?

The only way to do that would be to erase your device and restore it to a backup that was made before you deleted the message. Be aware that restoring to a backup will put your phone back to exactly where it was at the time the backup was made, so anything that changed since then would be overwritten.
