Cannot "Open In" a mail attchment

I sent myself a csv file so I can open it in my filing cabinet app. When I touch the attachment it opens and displays the sheet, but I cannot save it anywhere. If I touch the "open in" box at the top of the message nothing happens, If I touch and hold the attachment I do not get a choice of apps to open the file in.

What can I do?
