Question: I can not see my iTunes balance listed

Hi - In December I added £25.00 to my account via an app store/iTunes card. Although I have not purchased anything, I can not see a balance listed. Why can I not see my balance? Thanks

Answer:
Answer:

It should - the purchase history on a computer's iTunes should show how an item was paid for e.g. 'billed to store credit' if it used the balance

If you still have a balance on the account it should show : View your store credit in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If nothing shows in those places have you checked the account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support ?

Hi KP - If I had an iTunes credit of £25.00, would my apple music subscription come out of this, instead off my bank card as per usual?

Then thats whats happened - I thought apple music would continue on bank card and leave iTunes credit alone (that the way it should be imo, but apple have other ideas it seems). Thanks for helping to clear that up KP. Cheers.
