Hi when ever I go to down load or up grade my storage it keeps asking for my password over and over again and doesn’t get any further or it say can’t conect to I cloud wot is going wrong
Do you have access to another network where you can try to log in? That has worked for several people.
What has also worked for some is trying 10 + times in a row.
Try a restart.
Try a forced restart.
