How do I delete an email account on MacBook Air

Thanks for using Apple Communities.

You can do that by accessing "System Preferences> Accounts" you'll see a list on the left side with all you mail accounts. Click on the one you want to remove and then click the - on the bottom of the page. If you're trying to remove an iCloud account your password might be needed.
