I am facing problems to login in FaceTime through my mobile number

It’s taking my apple ID for FaceTime login instead of my mobile number on my IPhone X

I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing, but if you are having issues activating or logging in to FaceTime on your iPhone X, you may find the information and troubleshooting steps outlined in the following articles helpful. In particular, you may want to double-check that your Apple ID is checked in the "You can be reached" section of Settings > FaceTime, as noted in the second article:

Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support
