How to retrieve iCloud photos onto new iPhone?
Got new iPhone 8plus, my grandson deleted all my photos on my old iPhone 6s Plus. (Both phones were still connected through same iCloud account)?

Did you sign into iCloud and turn on iCloud Photo Library in the settings on the new phone? If he actually deleted the photos, they are gone. When you delete photos from iCloud Photo Library, you delete them everywhere.
If you were not using iCloud Photo Library, and you mean that your photos are stored in the backup in iCloud, then you need to restore your iCloud backup.
