keyboard not working

I had some water get into my apple MacBook Pro (bought in mid 2015) by mistake and since then, when I start It, the keyboard works for 5 min and then it stops working entirely. I also don’t hear my ventilator anymore, which is usually quite loud. Can anybody help? Is there something I can do?
