i signed up subscription that i could cancel at anytime but have now been billed for whole year.

I subscribed to simply piano for my daughteapp r on condition that she would continue to use it. It is £7.99 and I could cancel at any time. I now have been billed for whole year and I apparently can only cancel within 14 days. Nothing is showing up yet in my purchase history so can’t make any changes but am concerned it will turn up in 14 days and it will be too late to cancel
