I was charged twice for a app how do I go about getting a refund?
I was charged twice for an app from iTunes . The Netflix app was charging me twice and I’m not sure why.
If you got charged for a subscription, that’s supposed to happen.
If not, clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
