Logic won't pick up any input sources?

(I have version 10.4.1) Recently Logic just stopped picking up any of my input sources (internal mic, external mic, interface, keyboard). The inputs show up in the audio preferences and I can select them, but there's no input monitoring response, and when I try to record it tells me "No input source selected". All of these inputs work with other softwares and also work with Logic when I try using it on a different account on my laptop. I've tried rebooting, switching cables around, all that. I've done a bit of research and I read that there could be some corrupted files which are causing the issue... Can anyone tell me how I can find these files and safely delete them without messing up any of my projects? Or if there's another way to fix this please let me know. Thanks!
