On my Mac iCalendar is stuck with the message Moving Calendars to Server Account

Okay, I dont know what is going on but about a month ago my Mac and iCloud stopped communicating I guess. My Contacts on my Mac dont match what is on the Cloud and What is synced with my iPad and my iPhone. I did all the stuff everyone said but nothing has fixed it. Yesterday, out of the blue, my iCalendar on my Mac popped the message up at the top that says "moving calendars to server accounts...". I have turned the computer off. I have clicked off reminders and calendar then back on and still it keeps this propagating. On the Cloud...there is nothing in my calendars except a bunch of birthdays. HELP. What is going on with my Mac? I have checked that all the accounts are the same. The passwords match. The timezones match...I am totally frustrated.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.10)
