Need suggestions on ringtones that are not working

I have several ringtones that have not worked since the iOS 11 update. I’ve talked with Apple so many times I’ve given up. I even went to the Apple store. I had one guy ask permission to tap into my phone remotely. He too couldn’t help. My ringtones appear on my phone, but they do not work. I’ve been arguing back and forth with someone named Laura from iTunes and simply put, she just doesn’t listen. I’ve asked for a credit so I can repurchase my ringtones, but I’m being told no. It makes me furious that I purchased these tones and they do not work. This is Apple’s Fault, they should correct the issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make my tones work on my iPhone 7. They worked until the update. Thanks
