Sound Problem

Hello!I have a MacBook Air 13"(2017) with Mac OS high Sierra software.Lately I realised that when I plug in headphones to my computer an i speak with someone via Skype or other apps the other person that I speak with can hear the videos that I see or the music I listen to...How can I solve this?? Thank you in advance.

Turn off the video and music you are listening to or lower the volume to reduce mic pickup. You should also see if you can reduce your mic volume setting if it's set pretty high.
