Question

Pull down notifications blank when I swipe down.

Every so often my swipe down notifications is blank when I swipe down to view them. Turning the phone off then on and they reappear. It’s no big deal just an annoyance. Any assistance to figure out why it’s doing it?

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you have been having issued with your Notifications not appearing when you swipe down to view them. You’ve tried an excellent step restarting the device and I am happy to help out! At this point, it would be a good idea to be sure there is not a software issue as the root cause of this for you.

Use this article for the steps to Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings.
Once that is done, set the phone up as new and test the phone to see if the issue is still going on. Then, follow this article to

Didn’t work. When I swipe from the top down notifications screen is blank. It’s just my background. No notifications.
