Suggestions for Mac Pro Early 2009 graphic card.

Hi there

I'm looking to upgrade my stock graphic cards, the old NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 for some 4K compatible ones. I want to upgrade my two old monitors for two Benq SW271, so, I need new graphic cards! Btw, it will be mostly to process images on Photoshop and Lightroom. Any suggestions? Something good but without breaking the bank.

Can I install a metal compatible aftermarket graphic cards on my 2011 model MacBook Pro I'm trying to see if I can upgrade my MacBook Pro that I bought in 2011. I want to get the latest operating system Mojave because software I have requires it. So I am wondering if I can install an aftermarket graphics card in or externally that will allow this process.
