Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand you have deleted the text messages from your iPhone. You can recover all of them by restoring your iPhone from a backup.
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
If you had an important text message from an individual contact, you can ask them to forward it to you.
