Trying to download IMovie Library file.

I need to download an Icloud backed up IMovie Library File... Icloud Zipped it on upload.. When I try to recover the file.. All I get is the message Failed - Server problem.. Help please Apple..... I need this file back

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

Where in iCloud is the file stored? iCloud Drive, Photos....?

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Also try the Safe Mode.
