I have tried loading Bitdefender on several Macs with 10.13.3 and when asked to navigate to System Preferences and select "allow" so that these files will load does nothing. Press all you want and the software is never allowed to load and warning remains.
Any solutions?

It does not stop Malware. Same install issue on 3 separate Macs. In addition I have Paragon NTFS that has the same issue. This is a MacOS 10.13.3 issue as there was not an issue with the previous version.

That sounds like a problem with Bitdefender.
macOS already includes antivirus capabilities. You don't need anything else.
You don't need AV on a Mac. Protect yourself from malware instead. Download Malwarebytes. It's free to use.
Let me make a correction. I am able to install on a Fusion drive but when it comes to SSD based Macs it is a no go.
Don’t install “Bitdefender”. macOS is protecting itself by blocking its installation. Let it work the way it’s designed to work.
