I was trying to download something but Adobe Flash Player downloaded instead. I went to Safari and now my search engine is search.anysearchmanager.com. How do I get Safari back and get rid of the current search engine?

1. Safari > Preferences > Extensions

Uninstall any extension you have not installed knowingly.

Section: Manage extensions: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/use-safari-extensions-sfri32508/mac

2. Choose a search engine.

Delete all text in the Smart Search field, click the magnifying glass , then choose a search engine from the list.
