Delete history, cache, and cookies

Try double clicking the Home button and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

It's difficult for anybody to try and help as you haven't given any information. Are you using an iOS device or a Mac ? What iOS/macOS version is on it ? What browser are you using ? Why can't you clear history ? How is it linked to your Apple ID ?

The procedure in the link I posted doesn't work? What happens when you try?
