Official iPhone service requests me to accept my iPhone back, after giving me broken phome back

To whom I may concern,

I brought my iPhone 6plus to the official service center in Split-Croatia.

My camera was not focusing which ended up in me getting a warranty repair because of iSight factory issue.

When bringing my phone to iStyle official service my phone worked perfectly with which I was quite satysfied. On the other hand, after they fixed my phone, as soon as I got it into my hand, still being in the shop, it went crazy. Shop employees accepted it back saying that while being in service, in the camera replace program, multitouch "broke". I assume that somebody made a mistake , concerning I am an engineer and an iOs developer, and that is ok, because everybody makes mistakes. My phone is still in the shop. That is my primary phone and I brought it on 24th of January. Today is 17th of march and I am still without my primary phone. I find this totally unprofessional. Shop offered my to buy a new phone with discounted price. I brought my phone to the official service and I prefer getting it back in better or at least same condition. Employees told me that my phone is not usable anymore because of that multitouch issue.

You can imagine my frustration getting that kind of service from a company with that name.

I do not know whom I can contact, but after 2 months I would like my phone back in a condition I brought it, or get a new one. I am not accepting a broken phone back and I promise I will do my best to get justice.

Thank you for your fast answer and help in advance!
