MacBook Bootcamp Windows clock fix not working

The clock fix posted is not working. Almost did but is still 2 hours behind. At least its not 6 hours ahead that was really messing me up. Any fixed for the 2 hours behind. I'm GMT Mountain time zone. Thanks. Looking for permanent fixes only not fixing every time I turn on.

Your clock on both macOS and Windows should always be the same, as long as the time zone settings are the same. Can you run SMC Reset - How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support - and check if you get the same clock, if the time zones are the same?

It is not recommended that time zones be different on the two OSes.
