MacBook Bootcamp Windows clock fix not working

The clock fix posted is not working. Almost did but is still 2 hours behind. At least its not 6 hours ahead that was really messing me up. Any fixed for the 2 hours behind. I'm GMT Mountain time zone. Thanks. Looking for permanent fixes only not fixing every time I turn on.

The clock widget is displaying wrong time Hi all, I'm using the new macOS Big Sur. But the clock widget shows the wrong time, which is three hours earlier than the true time. And there's a -3 on the clock widget. Is there any way to fix that? The system time displayed on the top right corner is correct. The following screenshot shows this.
