Why do i keep receiving this message?

Hi everyone. I have an iMac and I keep receiving the message "The computer "192.168.0.10" is attempting to access rapport on your computer. Do you want to allow this connection?"

I always block it as I'm not sure what it means or if its safe.

Can anyone help please???
