iPad Mini Future

Can Apple introduce a new iPad Mini in 2018? I know so many people, including myself, who use an iPad Mini constantly on a daily basis. If Apple would refresh this 3-year old product, it would be very appreciated by me and millions of others with the same wish. Hopefully they can take this to heart and act upon the community's request. Thank you.
