wrong time on photos in shared album.

I recently returned form a trip to Vietnam. All my photos in the Photo app on my Mac have the right time (Indochina time) and location. Created a shared album, but all the photos in the album have the wrong time, specifically, they are showing PST. Example: a photo in the Photo Library shows a time and date of Feb 24, 4 pm. The same photo in the Shared Album says the time is February 24, 1 AM, or 15 hours earlier, although the location info in both copies shows Hanoi. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

The times 1am PST and 4pm Vietnam time are identical. The dates are just using different time zones, and the Vietnam time is nine hours ahead of PST. The shared albums are converting the times to a unified timebase. You cannot change this. After you download the photo from a shared album, you can use adjust date and time to change the timezone back to the local time, where the photo has been taken by using the command "Image > Adjust Data & Time" in Photos.
