Can I remove Chrome menu bar items?
Is there a way I can remove some of the Chrome menu bar items such as Bookmarks, People, Window, etc.
I wish to let other applications that are open have priority in the menu bar, but Chrome keeps them from going up there. Help??

Whatever app is "in focus" will show its menu items. So to show then menus from as app you need to select that app to make it active. It has nothing to do with Chrome.

Put it into full screen mode will hide the menu in any app.
Perhaps I read it incorrectly but the user seemed to be asking if you can mix menu items from different apps, not hide all of them.
I read it that way too I was offering an alternative solution, as you mentioned in your first post what the OP wants is not possible.
Now I see. An alternative solution to having menu items from more than one app available at one time is to have none.
