Good morning Jasmine!
It sounds like you’re having trouble signing into and using your Apple TV the way you want. It’s important to be able to watch the movies you’ve purchased, so I’ll be happy to work with you to isolate where the issue is.
You mentioned that the Apple TV is not accepting your password. Let’s figure out if the issue is with the Apple ID password or with two-factor authentication. Are you able to log into our Apple ID website with your Apple ID and password? Manage your Apple ID

To play content from your Mac or PC on an Apple TV (4th generation), go to Settings > Accounts > iCloud. On Apple TV (3rd generation or earlier) go to Settings > iCloud.
- If you're signed out, choose Sign In. You'll be asked to sign in with the Apple ID that you entered for the iTunes Store. If you use the same Apple ID for iCloud and the iTunes Store, choose Yes.
- If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID, choose Sign Out, then choose Sign In. You'll be asked to sign in with the Apple ID that you entered for the iTunes Store. If you use the same Apple ID for iCloud and the iTunes Store, choose Yes.
After signing in again, let me know what happens when you try to watch a movie. Is your password accepted? Do you get an error?
Take care.
