Browser history showing up on husband's phone

My safari browsing history is showing up on my husband's phone. We each are signed in under our own Apple ID and he is not in my Family Sharing. Can someone please help me figure out why this is happening? Thanks!

Clear family share history How did I actually clear safari history for a child’s family share iPhone 10xr? It’s greyed out. I’ve unchecked the content restrictions, blocked cookies, restarted, updated, removed time restrictions etc…it is STILL greyed out! Not to mention HOW was porn spam allowed thru in the first place!?!?
