Question: Device v. Iclous different quota

All my devices (2 iPads, 1 Phone 7 plus) says I'm using 12,1 GB of memory for 6335 photos.

However, my iCloud quota is almost fully used and I'm no longer able to make backups of the devices because it says I have 49,5 GB of content in ICloud and 45,9 GB of that are photos.

I entered icloud.com and the photos are exactly the same that in device.

Any explanation or solution, please?

Other people have posted similar problems and after contacting iCloud support, found it was a server problem. iCloud support reset everything. You may have to politely ask for a level 2 person.

If necessary contact iCloud Support. You may have to try twice.
