iPad is disabled

Greetings!

I just want to ask help on how to unlocked my disabled iPad mini ? This is connected automatically in wifi , but now i cannot see anymore connections. I forgot the passcode that's why my iPad is disabled connect to iTunes. When i remembered my passcode its too late, because its already disabled..I log in to iTunes but i only see the details regarding my information when i create my apple i.d.

So! What should i do in order to unlocked my iPad.
