HELP! ICLOUD

I tried to create an iCloud account on my iPhone, but I received that message about the maximum number of free accounts. Can anyone help! and now I can’t log into my IPhone because I keep getting this message ..

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2.6

What the message means is that you cannot set up a new iCloud account on that particular iOS device. Use another iOS device or a computer to set up the iCloud ID. Once you have set it up, you can sign it into the device you are wanting to use.
