Cant update anything nor buy anything because Apple ID is associated with to many credit cards??

Need help asap with this crap I spend way too many cash in this apple store for them to deny me even a simple freaking update... So annoying!!

Apple ID has been associated with too many credit cards? I’m trying to put a credit card on my account so that i can download stuff but it keep saying my Apple ID has been associated with to many Credit cards is there anyway y’all can reset it please or call me at **** I’m trying to download stuff [Edited by Host]
