If I made a mistake and restored someone else’s icon I’d on my phone and wiped my information out how do I get rid of they’re stuff and get mines back without knowing they’re pass code

I plugged my iPhone 6s into a Mac 11 to download music but instead i mistakenly restored someone’s iCloud information on my phone wiping my whole phone out of my information and I have no clue how to receive they’re password to log out

Lost info They had to reset my phone because I forgot my password to Apple and tried logging in too many times with the wrong code. When that happens they have to reset the phone and you have to go to iCloud to retrieve all your information. The problem is I do not know how to go to iCloud and see all the previous Back ups.
