I'm not able to get onto redem

I've reloaded, quited, restarted my laptop and I'm still not able to redem. It keeps asking for my password, I enter my password and it keeps asking over and over again. Can someone help?

Password not working My laptop will not accept a password. It just sits at the PW prompt and shakes when I enter it to tell me it’s wrong. I had the same problem last year. The Apple Store in Wellington Green fixed it but it never worked correctly after. Need a new password so I can access my computer.

Laptop I bought a new computer yesterday and set it up with a password today I’ve gone to log in on my computer and keeps saying password is wrong when I have tried that password that I knew I set up wasn’t working
