Macbook Pro (OS X) won't let me login to iCloud

I need to sign into my iCloud on my MacBook Pro, but every time I try, it says my password is wrong. I tried the same password on my iPhone and it worked just fine. I reset my password twice and now every time I try to login on my MacBook it says I need to go to iforgot.apple.com. However, once I am at that site, all it will allow me to do is reset my password or questions, not unlock my account. Hence why I reset my password twice to see if that will help.

If anyone could share some knowledge on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated!!

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply.
