Bluetooth Auto Connect

How do I control my phone re connecting to bluetooth connections even after I have switched back to phone speaker mode ? Do I have to turn off Bluetooth the Settings app versus being able to switch it off once while still keeping the option on? I would prefer to be able to control every time my phone connects to another device.

I've connected to my device before using bluetooth, but now, I have to go to setting and select the device to connect to, it won't do it automatically. I have my bluetooth setting on my iPhone 11, my devices are listed and available. I turn on my device, but my phone will not connect automatically. There are no other devices available but my speaker, yet I still have to select it to connect. The website suggested going to Privacy, but when I do that I see bluetooth, but nothing else is listed. Not sure where to go from here. Thank you

Bluetooth? when i am on a call and i want to switch to speaker i push the button and it gives me the following options.. iPhone .. speaker... living room. My question is how do i get this “living room “ option off? I don’t have a device with that name, its doesn't show in my Bluetooth list, i have turned off my Bluetooth, it has happened while at home and while at work i don't have any device with that name in either of those places. How can i get this option off it’s annoying when i want to switch to speaker quickly and then i can’t like i normally am. I have had this phone for about 2 years and only started happening about 2 mos ago.
