Can a Imac/Mac mini bought in USA, work in UK or australia ?

I understand the Imac / Mac-mini bought in US works with 110v power.

Do I also buy different power cords for UK / Australia / NZ for later use ? Is there anything else I need to be aware of, prior to changing power cords or different adapters for use. Thanks for any advice. Much appreciated.

Your mini will work perfectly wherever you are. Apple computers work on all voltages between 100v and 250v. You will need to get your appropriate cables and adapters from a good quality electricial store. Take your main cable (not the mini) with you to help them.
