Apple Watch series 2 Activation error

Hello! I have Apple Watch 2 Nike and they was work well until i made factory reset 😟. Now I try to pair with new phone and phone say - ACTIVATION ERROR! The watch WAS working perfectly fine when I opened the box but once I factory reset it, I've been stuck with this issue and activation error. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Activation Lock - Not on icloud still can't pair. My watch was paired with my old phone, unpaired the watch getting activator code error. I looked on icloud and the watch is not showing up. When I try to pair with my new iphone I still get the activation error. Thoughts?
