Logic not asking to import Loop tempo

Hello
Working through the Logic Pro X book, I made a loop as instructed, its at 61.5 bpm,

It says, the book, that when I drag this to my new project (which is 120bpm) I will be asked if I want to import the loop tempo, then to click DONT IMPORT Tempo, and then Logic will play the loop at half speed.

THIS IS NOT happening! I am not getting prompted with an alert asking if I want to import the loop's tempo, and when I do import the loop, the project is changing to the loop's tempo!

Any pointers appreciated!?
