Fiat and carplay not working with iPhone X

I have a 2017 Fiat 500 and paid extra for Carplay. All was fine with my iPhone 8plus but once I upgraded to an iphoneX it will not work. The phone still can use the uconnect software via Bluetooth and Siri is fine via that software, but as soon as I connect via usb to activate carplay it does not do anything. No error messages either. my husbands iPhone 8plus connects to Carplay fine and everything still works.

Any ideas?

carplay 13.4.1 iphone se Today I try to use my iphone se with carplay and it didn’t work. The iphone charged but it didn’t run carplay. I check all restrictions and Siri but have no luck. I tried with other iphones 6s, X, 11 Pro all of them worked perfectly. Before the update it worked fine now I can use it. Does anybody know what can be wrong?

Carplay issues with Apple iphone 7plus on OS 12.3.1 I am having issues with Apple carplay on my BMW 420 and iPhone 7 plus operating on OS12.3.1. The phone keeps dropping out of connection with carplay and asking me to re-agree the connection. A Any ideas whether its the phone or the carplay? and how to solve?
