been trying to access Apple Music and iTunes Store tried everything but nothing works !

What is the 'everything' that you've tried ? Have you gone through : If you can't connect to the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store - Apple Support ?
-Logged in and out of ITunes
-Uninstalled the apps and installed
-Restarted My iphone
And yes, I’ve gone through that
What did Support say when you contacted them ?
