iOS 11 reloads Exchange account often

This issue started a few months ago, seems like an iOS 11 issue.

iPhone users that have their Exchange account (Exchange 2010 on premise) configured would randomly lose all data from the Exchange account and data will begin to sync again into the device.

I checked firewall timeouts and Exchange HBI (heartbeat interval) and they're both set to 1 hour.

Any ideas of something that would cause this? Any known issue of iOS 11 - Exchange sync problem?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2.6

Ok I solve it yesterday by resetting the outgoing server for your mail configuration manually and do not merg the configuration details with old one All you have to do is set the IMAP or Pop3 for authentic my outgoing mail with SSL encryption and leave the incoming mail non.

See what is going to happen and please feed me back.
