my iphone 8 doesnt charge abive 80% sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt i have been plugging my phone all dsy And its still 80%

Nobody here can give you an appropriate answer. It's difficult to diagnose that issue remotely.

Have your iphone (along with charger and cable) inspected at an Apple Store or authorized service provider.
