Cannot use paymaya as payment

Help I provide all the requirements but appstore won’t accept my payment um using pay maya virutal card as payment

Why won’t the App Store let me download anything? everytime I try and download something off the App Store (even if it’s free) it asks me to update my payment method and when I do update my payment method it won’t accept my card even tho the inf is right. I’ve already tried going into settings and changing it there but it just declines it again.

About method of payment I have add my credit card details but it’s not successful, I couldn’t update my app or do anything on my AppStore

Payment methods you can use in the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store - https://support.apple.com/HT202631 - debit cards are not accepted in all countries and even if they are accepted they may not be accepted for all types of purchases.
