Question: iPhone 6s not syncing.

since a battery replacement my 6s refuses to sync contacts with my Mac Pro laptop. I have tried all the usual methods of resetting, restoring etc but with no success.

I am now having duplicate contacts on the Mac Pro😮, is this issue linked with iPhone 6s or a completely separate problem.

any thoughts other than the hammer would be great.

both devices are running current operating systems and have the correct time.

- Are you getting an error message when syncing? If so, what does it say?
- Do you use more than one email account with contacts on your devices?

Hi Joseph, thanks for your reply.

I do not receive any error messages when syncing all seems to be working fine.

i only have one email address with contacts.

It also appears that the phone isn't backing up to the cloud despite being connected and locked over night.
