How to download my itune library to my iphone?

I'm sure others had this problem, but cannot find the resolution. I have my full library on my mac, but only have a 1/3 of the songs on my iphone. Does anyone have any ideas how to get access to my full library?

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.5
