HomeKit Automation time restriction

Using latest iOS version 11.2.6

When creating an automation rule in Home app, you select your trigger that will start the automation (e.g. motion detected) then click next. On the 'When:' screen, at the bottom, you can specific a start and end time to restrict when the automation can run.

The way the home app allows you to select start and end time is extremely limiting. A better way would be for the app to permit any combination of absolute time, Sunset (with offset) or Sunrise (with offset) for either start and end time.

To illustrate a practical example:

When detect motion: turn on Hall light at 100% from Sunset to 10pm.

When detect motion: turn on Hall light at 20% from 10pm to 1 hr before sunrise

When detect motion: turn on Hall light at 100% from 1hr before sunrise to sunrise

Currently this cannot be programmed with HomeKit. BTW: The Belkin WeMo app allows this way of setting time constraints. I suggest Apple look to make this more flexible in a future Home app version, perhaps iOS 12.
