Anyone havings with missed calls or phone freezing with 8plus?

I purchased the iPhone 8 plus a few months ago, and my phones does not always ring and it will freezes up. Never had this issue with the 7plus. I keep up all updates, the phone still freezes and depending on how I use google maps, the voice doesn't always work. Disappointed and should have stayed with the iPhone 7plus.
